YOU CAN BECOME A DIVISION WINNER, OVERALL DIVISIONS WINNER, UNIVERSAL WINNER AS WELL AS SUPREME UNIVERSAL WINNER AT THE SAME PAGEANT.(1) YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ENTER TALENT TO WIN ANY OF THE ABOVE. | Enter by Dec. 1, 2011 and Entry Fee for Universal Caring Angel (natural) - $175 and Universal Rose Caring Angel (glitz) - $175. This includes all optionals, overall divisions titles and Supreme Universal Caring Angel Title. This special does not include talent which is $25. . Enter both and entry fee is $295 & this fee includes all optionals excluding talent which is $25. All applications and fees must be in pageant office by Dec. 1, 2011 to qualify for this special. OFFICIAL DEADLINE IS FEB. 5, 2012.
