AGE DIVISIONS International Caring Angel Empress 19 - 40 years - Single or Married International Caring Angel Baroness 41 - over - Single or Married This Online/Mail-in Pageant Competition is open for all women around the world. JUDGING IS BASED ON.... Application 10% Photogenic 10% (Contestants must submit 1 color or black/white photo no larger than 8 x 10 via mail and/or a jpg. via email) Scholastic Achievement 10% Community Service 20% (Volunteer Community Service) Essay 50% (The essay theme is "What being a Caring Angel means to me and What I would hope to accomplish as a Caring Angel?" The essay is to be no less than 350 word and no more than 1000.) ENTRY FEE - $50. The deadline for entry is Feb. 17, 2009. The winners will be announced at the National Caring Angel Pageant, March 27-28, 2009 in Columbia, South Carolina. You need not to present to win these titles.
